One of my favorite conservative pundits, Michelle Malkin, has a great post on a Marine who was recently killed by a sniper in Anbar province. I recommend you visit her site and read it. This comes, of course, not long after CNN choose to air a jihadi propaganda film extolling the greatness of their snipers and their ability to kill the infidel Americans.

Speaking of that CNN airing of jihadi propaganda, I’ve been scouring all of the liberal blogs I can find, hoping that at least one of them will have taken issue with CNN’s airing of that film. Interestingly enough, although the conservative blogosphere is unanimous in finding CNN’s actions repulsive and seditious, I’ve found only two posts in the same liberal blog about it, and that was to bash V.P. Cheney’s wife Lynn for arguing with CNN anchor Wolf Blitzer over the issue. Reading the comments that follow the post, I can see that the liberal readers see this only as another “conservative hit job”. Here’s video of that encounter

My conclusion to all this is that liberals LIKE to see these kind of snuff films, because it supports their case that the war is bad and we should get out. At the same time, I note that they seem to wallow in the deaths of American soldiers and marines, for the same reasons. I’m no psychologist, but I am willing to wager, that deep down in side, they HOPE for more deaths because they believe it will speed our departure from Iraq.

If that isn’t traitorous, I don’t know what is.

Update - Well, just about the time I was really getting disgusted with the Liberal mind-set concerning this war, I run across a very pro-troop post at a very Liberal blog called the Smirking Chimp (you can guess who the chimp in question is). Written by Brent Budowsky, the post takes to task both Republicans and Democrats who have failed to provide for our servicemembers during wartime, and I have a hard time arguing against many of his points.
