Christian convert from Islam gets death threats - in the U.K.!
The religion of peace strikes again. This time, it’s a British Christian woman who converted from Islam 15 years ago. Her family, who also live in Britain, have been threatening to kill her ever since. Nice.
A British imam’s daughter is living in fear of her life under police protection after she received death threats from her family for converting to Christianity.
The young woman, aged 32, whose father is a Muslim imam in the north of England, has moved house 45 times to escape detection by her family since she became a Christian 15 years ago.
Her own family? What kind of religion extols the virtues of murdering those who leave it? Oh yeah, cults.
She said she had been in hiding, on and off, ever since, and has now been given a telephone number she can call for an instant response by police should she need help. The latest threat was a text message from one of her brothers, warning he could not be responsible for his actions if she did not return to Islam.

Earlier this year, a Policy Exchange study found that 36 per cent of British Muslims aged between 16 and 24 believed those who converted to another religion should be punished by death.
Well hey, that’s one way to spread a religion - everyone who is born into a religion stays in it for life, or else.
Perhaps just as importantly, what does this say about British society in general? How much sharia will that once great nation take before it finally pushes back?

Britain has a history of cowing in the face of groupthink (ie. Chamberlain appeazing Adolf Hitler). It takes a strong leader like Churchill to push back against such things. Blair didn’t do a bad job for the UK overseas but not so much so at home… even after the 7/7 attacks! Let’s hope Gordon Brown has bigger balls than Blair.

My point exactly. They need another Churchill.
Unfortunately, England wouldn’t accept Churchill until they got WWII and they kicked him out almost as soon as it was done. So the questions are what will it take before England puts in another Churchill and will it be in time?
I actually doubt they will…
