So now we have John McCain as the heir-apparent in the Republican Party, while Billary and Obama are still battling it out and it looks like they may be battling all the way up until the Democratic Party convention. The much-maligned George W. Bush still has poll numbers in the 30’s (not much better than Congress’) and the only bright spot in all this is that Ron Paul is out of the race (sorry Paulnuts).
With all this carping about who’s going to be president, what does it really mean to be president of the United States? Uncle Jay explains…
